Below is a guide to the delivery times and cost for sending your order and our return policy and what you need to do to return a order to us. The delivery charges are displayed in your shopping cart before you check out.
We are based in the United Kingdom but we ship worldwide.
UK: Standard tracked 48 estimated 2-3 working days once shipped at flat rate cost of £ 2.95 is a tracked service with SMS updates so you know when the order will arrive.
UK: Next day delivery tracked 24 estimated 1 working day once shipped at flat rate cost of £ 4.95 with SMS and email updates so you know when the order will arrive.
Europe: Int signed and tracked estimated 5-7 working days at a flat rate cost of £ 7.95 is a tracked service that can be tracked on royal mail website.
Rest of the World: Int signed and tracked estimated 9-21 working days at a flat at a flat rate cost of £ 11.95 is a tracked service that can be tracked on royal mail website.
Make sure that you add the correct shipping country at the check out so you get charged for the correct destination for you your. If you for example want to ship to USA but UK at the check out and don`t pay the correct shipping costs we will not be able to send you order. In this case we will contact you via email and ask you to pay the outstanding amount a.s.a.p to not delay your order longer then necessary.
The full price of your order including shipping cost is displayed in your shopping cart before you submit your order so you know exactly how much you will pay.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
The majority of orders are shipped out within 1-3 working days but sometimes it can take a bit longer (please see details under shipping information). The reason for this is even though all items on this site are in stock some items might have sold out on a different online platform or been drop shipped to a wholesale customer. In this case we would produce new stock a.s.a.p and in this case it could take a bit longer (max 7-9 working days), so even though this is rare it can happen. If you need an order urgently (ie next day) please email or call us prior to placing your order. By placing your order you understand and agree to our delivery terms.
14 DAYS EXCHANGE/RETURN PERIOD
We are happy to exchange standard products for items of a different size , style or material. We allow you 14 days after you receive your order to contact us if you wish to return them. We will instruct you on how return them properly and provide you with a returns number. Returned items must show no sign of wear & tear or smells (smoke for example). We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we are not contacted within this time period, if the item(s) exhibit wear & tear, or if our instructions are not followed. Some sale items can not be returned please contact us prior to purchase to be 100% sure if the sale item you wish to buy qualify. Underwear can not be returned for hygenic reasons.
GIFT RETURN PERIODS
If you are purchasing standard items as a gift for someone and it may be longer then 14 days before the gift is opened, please contact us. We are usually able to extend the return period for you.

We accept all major credit, debit cards and Paypal. If you pay with debit or credit card make sure you put in the billing and shipping address correct. You can also choose to checkout using the PayPal link. You can pay through this link with your card as a guest check out or log in a pay through your PayPal account if you got one.
